TIYlab collects only the data needed to operate, secure, support and lawfully provide the service.
Telegram identifiers, contact email, service configuration, technical data and, in Live, encrypted API or Agent credentials. A Pilot application adds only: country, capital range, experience, motivation, feedback willingness, status and administrative notes. TIYlab never asks for an exact balance, seed phrase or master private key at this stage.
These data are used to provide and secure the service, take requested pre-contractual steps, review Pilot applications, support users, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on service or pre-contractual performance, legitimate security interests and legal duties. Access is limited to necessary services and authorized administrators.
The site uses internal measurement subject to your choice, without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your preference is stored in this browser.
Declined or withdrawn applications are deleted or anonymized no later than 12 months after closure unless legally required. Accepted applications and Pilot data are retained during the program and afterwards only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Access controls, encryption and limited logging protect the data.
TIYlab does not sell your data or use a Pilot application for undisclosed marketing. Administrative notes must never contain secrets or unnecessary sensitive data.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data through /support in @TIYlabBot or support@tiylab.com, subject to legal retention duties.
