Trading without API keys: automate Bitcoin on Hyperliquid and Aster

The flow depends on the venue type. A dedicated API key is for CEXs; on a DEX, authorization uses your non-custodial wallet and a restricted Agent.

Simulation

The TIYlab simulation requires no API key, wallet connection or payment. It uses virtual capital and sends no real order.

Optional verification

After a first simulated decision, you may link a public DEX address to compare the observed state. This remains read-only and cannot authorize trading.

DEX Live

On Hyperliquid or Aster, you approve a separate, trading-only Agent from your non-custodial wallet. You do not create, copy or share any API key with TIYlab.

CEX Live

On a centralized exchange, Live instead uses a dedicated trading API key with withdrawals disabled. That key is neither your password nor a DEX key.

What must never be shared

TIYlab never asks for your seed phrase, master private key, 2FA code or any key with withdrawal permission.

Revocation and limits

You can revoke the Agent from the protocol. A trading authorization limits access but does not remove market, smart-contract, wallet or protocol risk.
